Christmas is fast approaching for all who celebrate. Shopping days are fewer and fewer and mail boxes are filling with cards full of well wishes. I escaped to SL today hiding from gift wrapping and baking.
I made a direct beeline to Marienplatz to hear Oldwolf Criss “Oldwolf Criss is what happens when The Allman Brothers meet Keb Mo, with a dash of Daniel Lanois. ” Fantastic French Blues guitarist you don’t want to miss. Check him out 13/12/12 3pm slt at Cameo Music Park.
This evening I was back in SL to enjoy a few hours of magic at The Source. Puddy Quan“I am a RL musician from Nashville TN. I do not like to be boxed in by a certain style of music, i’ll play a little of everything at any kind of venue.” was first up and he could have played all night as far as i was concerned. Fabulous! Check him out at Ann’s Place of Grace 17/12/12 7pm slt.
Next to grace the stage was another fantastic performer, Mulder Watts wonderful originals, his voice and songs stay in your head for hours. Look for him at Forestwalkers 19/12 12 7pm slt.
Last but not least was Sunny (Sunshine Palmyra) and her name fits! Full of energy, sunshine and great tunes. Sunny really fills the hours with happiness. You can find her at Herd Thinners Pub 13/12/12 7pm slt.
End of Arts Center Concert line up for 12/12/12 . Amazing group of performers today, take some time and drop by you won’t regret it.
