I don’t like Mondays….. I Love Mondays!

The song says I don’t like Mondays, but with another week of music how could anyone not like it?

Finally made morning coffee at Guthrie’s this morning and had a listen to the sweet sensation called Joe Paravane’ “sings and performs acoustic finger-picking guitar mixing folk, rock, delta and ragtime styles. He performs classic songs from early roots folk to modern rock along with his own unique blend of original music.” Great wake up .. try a cuppa Joe yourself at Guthries every Monday 9am slt.

Jumping up to the stage next was country boy Bandit Eddingham, “southern boy from Mississippi, Bandit is inspired by the the likes of Hank Williams, Alabama, Lynyrd Skynyrd, etc” Strong deep voice full of passion and conviction. Hear him for yourself at AerRock Beach 02/08/11.

Afternoon found me listening to the sweet sounds of what must be heaven in the form of Phoenix J (phoe.nix) “piano-singer in RL and SL performing jazzy pop and classic standards with some originals” Not only does she sing and play the piano into your heart her warm personality makes you want to keep her around longer. Took in two shows at Nashville Music Row. First a RL couple KITTY DIVA (kittyxule.nirvana) and PREZ (prez484.dayafter). Great country tunage, lively and commical pair. An enjoyable hour . No new shows scheduelled at this time.

Lastly I wanna thank Noma Falta for learning a song from one of my favourite fermale blues performers. In one day she learned Javina Magness “I Wont Cry” and she ROCKED IT GOOD at Ecnad. You’ll find Noma at Boom Pony 31/01/13 7pm slt. Ask her to sing I Won’t Cry!
